Ursula is helping European companies to exploit Western Balkans while expanding the power of Brussels

Von der Leyen announced the entering of Albania into the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) in order to save to our companies “roughly 500 million euros per year”…she defended her policy with the “extraordinary” growth of Poland and Croatia. She announced also, the connection of our companies with the EU`s four supercomputers “to develop European AI solutions…setting up a network of AI Factories across Europe”, opening “AI Factories to the WB, setting up two Factory Antennas in North Macedonia and Serbia”, and “rolling out a high-speed digital backbone across the whole region”.

That infrastructure “will allow companies in 6 partners to connect with these factories”, accessing Europe`s AI infrastructure, rendering the Union`s computational power to our service. On clean energy she promised to turn WB “hubs to produce, store and share clean energy with the rest of Europe”. Thus, she announced an “energy storage in Montenegro”. In order to “fill critical gaps in Europe`s industrial supply chains (for battery production for the automative industry, ingredients for the pharma industry, textile recycling for fashion industry, animal feed for the agrifood industry), Brussels is going to build a “Single Market Highway”, in order to bring local alliance between companies in the region and the Union.   

Judging from what Ursula announced at Tirana and from the EU`s energy crisis, I understand that she is in need to exploit our energy resources through a battery unit built in Montenegro and not in our country (presumably, because our country is not reliable) and wants to expand the production of European countries in our country through the infrastructure (highway) while saving to our companies and citizens some money through SEPA. This is contrary to what she promised in her last compaign to be re-elected: “social, territorial and economic convergence”.

Although she might defend herself with the sum the EU shared for our region -€6 billion- last year, it is clear for us (based on the economic history of our region or the orthodox and marxist economic theory, that whenever two or more unequal countries, in economic terms, unite in a union, the most powerful will dominate) that those billions are not sufficient to reach convergence, particularly since our neighbor countries Greece and Italy have failed to do so for decades now, and our prime minister is completely corrupted and has destroyed our agriculture, has stolen EU`s agriculture funds and has destroyed our energy resources (or our petrol industry) and our economy at large…
